"The new tunes sound really
great! I liked the 'Liftoff' track, reminded me of the days I spent on
Mars running over the red dunes with my stun gun chasing after
eight-armed women (I just love a girl who's all hands-hehe)--whats
that you say, I never told you about that??!! funny, thought that I
had, oh well. The mellow tune is really cool also 8)"

"Checked
out your tunes. I really like A Song for Someone a lot. Sounds sad and
haunting -- just what I like!" "The Killing of a Dream" could be a
Bob Craypoe's autobiography. After researching his various websites, I
came across his official bio which reads much like this song plays.
The lyrics convey a sense of paths abandoned. "How many times must one
man try before he knows it's time to quit? or force a piece into a
puzzle when he knows it won't fit?" It seems Mr. Crepeau (his given
name), has traveled many avenues pursuing his dream. Written with a
comical twist, he describes "floundering from one thankless menial job
to another". He certainly is a talented man and I believe he has found
his niche with music. Upon first listen, I was taken in by the
professional arrangement and natural sounding vocals. The melody
begins sweetly, growing intensely with hard-driven keyboard
punctuation and a classical intonation dropping off ever so gently in
the end, finishing a journey of introspective ponderings and emotional
insights. Very pleasing to my ears and my top pick from his album "To
Infinity", which I listened to in its entirety on his personal web
site, Craypoe.com. He certainly is a diverse individual with many
talents, only one of which is making beautiful music, which he does
very well indeed. Excellent music, this is one dream that shouldn't
die." Hey....Listened to your
mp3's. It's all great stuff but the one that stuck out the most for me
was the Bach thing you wrote on your computer. Friggin great! Whoa........those fingers
are absolutly flyin'!!! Great stuff............you got talent!!!
Nice......Nice!!! |
